How the call tracking
service works

When using dynamic call tracking, each site visitor sees a unique phone number. This allows you to trace the source of the lead when the visitor makes the call.

Calls to call tracking numbers can be forwarded to any city, mobile number, and also routed using Cloud PBX.

Static call tracking is used to track offline advertising. In this case, each communication channel (outdoor, radio or television advertising) is assigned a separate number in advance.

The call tracking system tracks the number of calls to each number and allows you to determine the effectiveness of a particular radio station or specific outdoor advertising locations.
